Harrow Half Marathon is back for the 2nd year on Sunday 16 September. The ‘Harrow Half’ course features historic and well-known landmarks, stunning views, parks, countryside and, of course, the town centre plus Hatch End. The event is organised by Harrow Athletics Club, ActiveTraining World and Harrow Council. Harrow Athletics Club is based at the Bannister track in Hatch End – named in honour of the legendary Sir Roger Bannister, the first athlete to break the four minute mile, and who was born and brought up in Harrow. Why not get active, use it to explore Harrow’s landmarks and sign up with family and friends? For more information and to sign up, visit harrowhalfmarathon.co.uk.
