Traffic congestion – Grimsdyke Road area

PETITION TO TARSAP MEETING AT HARROW COUNCIL ON 31 OCTOBER 2018

On 31 October 2018, Dermot Wilson presented a petition containing 100 signatures from residents in Hillview Road, Grimsdyke Road and Hallam Gardens to Harrow Council requesting that the Council introduce a CPZ in these roads to tackle the problem of non-resident parking. The petition was conducted because the non-resident parking is causing severe congestion for all residents in the immediate area and is worrying residents that emergency vehicles will have severe difficulties in attending any incident in the area.

I live in Hillview Road and am not award of any PETITION or seen anyone regarding this so called petition TO TARSAP nor have my neighbours. A remedy to the problem may be to restrict parking between 3.00 – 4.00pm which may free up the roads during school home times. The streets do get busy but not enough to add yellow lines.
