Heathwatch Harrow says that the way we access local primary care services, such as GPs is evolving all the time. In recent years there has been a large shift towards remote services (online consultations) and booking methods now typically feature online forms. Additionally, there is increasing use of articial intelligence (AI), such as in call handling. With all this change they have launched a new survey on GP access. As well as acquiring recent views and experiences, they will compare findings with previous surveys, to see what has changed over the years locally in Harrow.
