Notice is hereby given that the

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2025/26

of The Hatch End Association will be held

on 22 April 2026, at 7pm

at Canons Room, Harrow Arts Centre

AGENDA

1. Approve the Minutes of the last AGM.
2. Chair’s Report.
3. Treasurer’s Report, 2025.
4. Appointment of Hon. Examiner of Accounts.
5. Election of Chair and Officers.
6. Election of Committee members.
7. [Notice to be given to the Chair by 12 April 2026]
8. Any other notified business.

Nominations for Committee membership and Officer posts are invited and should be received by the Chair no fewer than seven days before the meeting. The Association Accounts for 2025 will be available at the meeting and will be published in the summer edition of The Hatch End Bulletin. They will also be published on the website.

Please note that the AGM will be preceded at 7.10pm by a talk on policing by Superintendent Zubin Writer.

The formal business of the AGM will commence, after an interval for refreshments, at approximately 8pm.
